Build a snow castle

Learning goals: fine motor skills, spatial awareness and creativity, practicing planning

After the snowstorm some of the small animals need new homes. Can you help Lumi build one or more snow castles for them?

To build a snow castle, wall or an iglu use liquid glue and sugar cubes placed on a thick cardboard to move securely.

Test first without the glue to decide what you want to build. Then add glue to every sugar cube before attaching it to the building.

Allow the glue to dry and invite someone small to live in you house, tower or wall.

Toddler Adaptation

A toddler can build a wall or a tower with the sugar cubes. They can also create something by gluing sugar cubes on thick paper.
