My mindfulness mandala

Learning goals: self-regulation, self-control, wellness, inner peace, joy of a process, resilience, fne-motor skills.

The mandala colouring activities are challenging and require attention
and motivation.

The goal is to fnish a mandala piece by piece. It might take a week to colour one.

Colouring for 5–15 minutes per day is enough.

Play relaxing music or rainforest sounds on when colouring
