Learning goals: physical activity and imagination
Tell your child to imagine being a small animal lost in snow. Lumi elf robot comes to rescue you with a small sleigh.
Hold on to the other end of the pillow and ask your child to the other side of the pillow.
Pull the child to safety. In this activity the child must be very active too in order to keep moving when the adult pulls.
If this is too difficult the child can sit or lay on the pillow trying to balance on it when it starts moving.
Toddler friendly. If it seems too difficult for the toddler to hold onto the pillow tight enough to move from one place to another, you can also use a big pillow for the toddler to travel on top of. You can also spin or rock the pillow.
